Frances Rosenberg

A retired physician, Frances uses her greatly expanded personal time to explore the world of music. Her excursions have included music appreciation courses, choral singing, vocal lessons and attendance at musical performances of various genres.

Frances has had a lifelong interest in vocal music. Currently, she studies with Signi Murgatroyd and sings with the Monterey Chorus and the Newcombe Singers Choir. Her enjoyment of music includes participation in the Monterey Center Classical Music Club where she makes presentations on a regular basis. She values greatly the opportunity that the Dichterliebe Project offers an amateur like herself.

Frances was born in Dublin, Ireland. She made her way to Victoria after stops in England, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ottawa and Vancouver. Frances has three children who live in Vancouver. She lives in Fairfield with her dog, Lexi.
